- Conducted 1-on-1 interviews with 35 IT experts to understand perceptions about implementation of LEDs on networking hardware
- Gained insights on users' experience with currently used network hardware, and identified trends in design preference
- Evaluated concept switch designs with different LED layouts, and proposed design recommendation based on user feedback and discussions
