Design Research: Storyboarding & Use Cases

  • Goals: Visualize how consumer, business, and IT customers might interact with a novel, detachable screen tablet across various environments in support of marketing and branding strategies
  • Method: Storyboarded use cases for the product with artwork created by our in-house visual design staff. Use cases were built around usage of the system based on system configuration
  • Results: Storyboards provided shared vision for product teams during development, helping to refine marketing and branding strategies
