Goals: Understand user behavior related to barcode scanners for tablet devices
Method: One-on-one interviews with 10 barcode scanner users, who performed scanning tasks using a Windows tablet, then provided acceptability ratings for a range of scanner performance attributes
Results: Feedback helped design and develop behavioral specifications for barcode scanner implementation on tablet devices
